Currency and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), before taxes.
Applicable taxes: GST (5%) and QST (9.975%).
Orders and availability
Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer to purchase. Bobichon reserves the right to accept or cancel any order in case of stock shortages, pricing errors, or any other legitimate reason.
Inventory is updated regularly, but stock variations may occur. If an item is unavailable, the customer will be contacted to arrange an exchange, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.
Colours, dye lots and yarn characteristics
Dye-lot variations are a normal aspect of yarn production.
Hand-dyed yarns may show subtle differences between skeins; for a consistent appearance, it is recommended to alternate skeins throughout the project.
Colour appearance may differ across screens depending on individual device settings; slight variations between photos and actual products are normal.
Customers may contact the store to confirm a specific dye lot before purchasing.
Payment
Payments are processed through Square, which accepts major credit cards. Bobichon gift cards are also accepted when available.
Prices may change without notice; the confirmed price is that shown at checkout.
Shipping and in-store pickup
2–3 business days (excluding peak periods or announced closures).
Orders are shipped via UPS, Purolator, FedEx, or equivalent. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination.
A tracking number is provided for each shipment.
During a Canada Post strike or disruption, orders will be shipped via private carriers or held until service resumes, depending on customer preference. Options include:
Holding the order until Canada Post service resumes;
Using a private carrier (additional fees may apply);
Updating the delivery address (e.g., from a P.O. box to a residential address).
In-store pickup in Hudson is free of charge. Orders are held for 10 business days after notification; after that, the order may be cancelled and refunded as store credit.
Returns, exchanges, and final sales
Exchanges or store credit are accepted within 14 days of receipt (online) or purchase (in-store), for unused, unwashed, and unwound yarn with intact labels and proof of purchase.
No refunds, except for shipping errors or defective items.
Final sale items: discounted goods, opened kits, caked skeins, books, patterns, opened needles or notions, special orders, and gift cards.
Shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the error originated from Bobichon.
For damaged or defective items, customers must contact the store within 7 days of receipt with photos and the order number.

Lead times are estimates; Bobichon is not responsible for manufacturer or carrier delays.

Governing law
Sales are governed by Québec law and the Consumer Protection Act.
For distance contracts (online sales), Bobichon provides all legally required information before payment and sends a copy of the contract after purchase.
